The World’s Circus is a satirical look at the strange performance we’ve all somehow become part of.

Politics. Money. War. Media. Power. Social media. Celebrity. Outrage. Fear.

Every day brings another act.

Another headline demands our attention. Another argument divides the audience. Another crisis takes centre stage while yesterday’s quietly disappears behind the curtain.

And we watch.

We argue over the performers. We choose sides. We cheer. We boo. We become distracted by the spectacle.

But how often do we stop looking at the stage and ask what’s happening behind it?

That is what The World’s Circus is really about.

Not telling you which side is right.

Not telling you what to believe.

Simply asking whether, amongst all the noise, distraction and performance, we’ve forgotten to think for ourselves.

Created as a one-of-one Underground Art original, the piece turns the modern world into one enormous circus — colourful, chaotic, entertaining and uncomfortable all at once.

Because perhaps the cleverest trick isn’t convincing the audience what to think.

It’s keeping them so entertained they forget to ask questions.
